What to Expect?

Viewings are conducted Monday to Friday between 11 and 7pm and Saturdays between 11am and 5pm. No viewings on Sundays.

No need to book multiple viewings. Viewing slots are 1 hour long and we can show you up to 4 houses within your viewing appointment. Make sure to let us know the address’ of the other properties by filling in the text box when prompting during the booking process. The other properties must be in the same AREA and have the same number of BEDROOMS.

We recommend all tenants have watched the online virtual video tour prior to booking an in-person viewing.

A SNF viewer will meet you outside the 1st property (address on the booking confirmation) on the day of the viewing and at the allocated viewing time. Please be prompt! We recommend all of the group members attend the in-person viewing.

For Portswood and Highfield houses we have a vehicle and can drive you (& up to 6 tenants) between the properties.
