Out with the old… in with the new: Student No Fee Rebrands!

As you can probably tell from this brand new and improved website, here at SNF we made the decision to rebrand. From 1999 the Student NO FEE name and logo was born. To the best of our knowledge we were the only property agency in Southampton that did not charge administration fees to rent a property! However, in 2019 a tenant fee ban was introduced, so no one could charge administration fees any more! Sadly, this made our name a little outdated.

We wanted to keep some connection to our previous name to carry on the legacy and be linked to it in some way. So, we are now just…

Of course, students are at the very heart of what we do. Our company was founded by a former Southampton University Student and PhD Graduate. We offer work experience and job opportunities to our tenants, and participate in sponsorship for University sports clubs.

We work hard to keep the local community and neighbours of our properties happy and unified. We partner with the local residents associations on gardening and bin buddy schemes, and work hard to create positive connections and a great living experience for both our tenants and the local community.

The people you live at university with will be your friends for life! We love playing a role in creating your everlasting friendships and giving you a place to call home. You will always remember and appreciate them… even if they throw away your sandwich! We used our very own tenants to create our FRIENDS intro remake, so you’ll see just how fun and meaningful these friendships will be.
