One of our staff members will arrange to meet your group to view ALL properties that meet your requirements. Typically this maybe 4-8 houses and may take 1-2 hours. We will arrange transport if required.

To secure a property you must visit the Student NO FEE Office and provide a deposit of £100 per person. This is NOT a fee. It is portion of your full deposit. This deposit is your commitment to the house and it is non-refundable if you change your mind!
After placing your £100 holding deposit you have 10 DAYS to carry out the following:
1. SIGN the TENANCY AGREEMENT held at Student NO FEE Office
2. RETURN a signed GUARANTOR FORM to Student NO FEE Office
3. PAY the rest of your DEPOSIT, a further £300
The deposit is not RENT. The Deposit is protected in a Government approved Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), www.mydeposits.co.uk. The deposit is protected for the term of the tenancy and returned as one payment to the lead tenant in strict accordance with the terms of operation of the DPS.
