To the best of our knowledge we are the only property agency in Southampton that does not charge administration fees to tenants to rent a property. If you rent a property off Student NO FEE, pay you rent on time and return the property to us as you found it then our only charge is the RENT.

STUDENT NO FEE OFFICE –
Open weekdays 9 to 5pm with direct access to full time Maintenance Manager and Rental Staff. All tenants are also provided with direct dial contact to the maintenance manager.
